On March 6, 2023, while believed to still be under contract with the City of St. Charles as per the renewal options listed in Exhibit R, Adam Glosier of Scout Realty Group donated $5,000 to Mayor Borgmeyer’s 2023 Mayoral Campaign for the City of St. Charles (Exhibit S). We see reason to believe that Mayor Borgmeyer is thus in violation of both City Code 130.205 - Gift In Connection With Appointments (Exhibit T) and City Code 130.255 - Kickbacks And Secret Commissions (Exhibit U) as of March 6, 2023, the date on which the donation took place.
