Issue 5

Suspected Conflict of Interest, Engaging in Private Interest, Disclosing Private Interest in City Legislation

Mayor Borgmeyer has appointed both the father of Adam Glosier, Tom Glosier, to the C3 & Comprehensive Plan Citizen’s Advisory Task Force (Exhibit V), and the uncle of Adam Glosier, Tim Glosier, to the Parks & Recreation Board (Exhibit W), both of which may involve the purchase and sale of property, and where both of these individuals still currently serve as of the date of this document’s signing. Due to the active 2025 city contract with Adam Glosier of Scout Realty Group (Exhibit X), a known relative of Tom Glosier and Tim Glosier, we see reason to believe that Mayor Borgmeyer may be enabling ongoing violations of the following city codes through the appointment of these citizens:

  1. City Code 130.215 - Engaging In Private Interest (Exhibit Y)

  2. City Code 130.240 - Disclosing Private Interest In City Legislation (Exhibit G)

  3. City Code 130.250 - Conflicts Of Interest (Exhibit H)
